I arrived at Brooks Brothers about 30 minutes before closing, and Jeremy (hope I remembered the right name) was incredibly helpful. He took my measurements, offered various options to try on, and searched the store for the items I selected, minimizing the need for additional items to be shipped. Exceptional customer service experience.

Took more than 20 minutes to return . But was only one customer ahead of me. At least 3 clerks available including someone looked like the store manager. But they can only service one customer at a time because only one station was open. Cannot help wonder why the others were shut down. The store manager said because they are closing. But it was not 6pm yet and the official closing time is 8pm. If not for the warm smile of the cashier I would give just one star.

Charlie was very attentive, knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in picking out three suits for my dad and fiancé. Anas paid extreme attention to detail and make us confident in the alterations. We left very happy! They also offer alterations that usually have an additional cost, unless they are very small. They do not rent suits or tuxes here.

Went in to buy a suit and was completely ignored by the employees. One employee even came back to the suit area where I was and looked around. I said hello and he just walked off. (I know he was an employee because he’d been carrying stock out of the back before he came into the suit area.) Nobody asked if I needed anything or even bothered to acknowledge I was there. Ended up wandering around for a while and left. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Will definitely never return to this location and probably won’t be shopping at Brooks Brothers again after this. There are plenty of other places that seem a lot happier to have my business.

My parents went to this Brooks Brothers Short Hills mall location yesterday (12/24/2022) and received the harassing, disrespectful, and inappropriate customer service from the store manager. The other employees at this location were fine, and the cashier even looked apologetic at her racist managers behavior. I am very disappointed with the harassment and poor service my parents received at this location on Christmas Eve. Stay far away from this Brooks Brothers location. And improve your customer service!

After being a brooks brothers customer for 20 years and had a long history of loyalty to the brand , I went to return a shirt that came with a fabric damaged , I went to Short Hills Nj mall store. The sales associate that was incredible inappropriate . He questioned my integrity with a damaged shirt ! Incredible abusive . No worth to be loyal to this brand .. will change forever and will never enter to this store again .Poor customer service . Shame!

Service was wonderful. Needed something today, and they came through very quickly.Bit more than I wanted to spend (~$700), but again that was a same-day suit, with the pants hemmed, a shirt, and a new tie to match in under an hour.Thanks for saving my bacon, guys.

Went to the Store to pick out some new suits. Ishmael was super friendly and helpful!!! I was very impressed with the suggestions he made and was not pushy at all. Very happy with my purchase.

I needed a new work wardrobe, starting with a suit. The attendant appeared confused that none of the off-the-rack options would instantly fit, and spent the better part of half an hour throwing things at me and saying 'i just don't know if I can help you.' No offer to order something, no effort to provide tailoring/fitting services even though I'd made it clear I was happy to pay for it. Overall a surprisingly bad experience from an establishment I used to respect!

I went just to pick up an order that was not for me, the guy was very kind and polite with me, and didn't look like a money guy, but I got surprised with the excellent customer service they have.

Store manager let me go a week before christmas, worked very hard for them. I wasn't even able to get a hold of HR and he knew I had just got diagnosed with cancer. Disgusting. Especially when asking customers for donations for Saint Jude.

Rude and unprofessional staff. The saleswoman ringing up my purchase ignored me for a couple minutes at the cash register to bicker with one of her coworkers about a sale that he supposedly took from her. Then, when she was ringing me up, she spoke with a quiet and dismissive tone and acted like my purchase had gone through. I removed my credit card from the reader for her to tell me that the transaction wasn't finished and that I "shouldn't remove my card so fast" when it had been in the machine for almost a minute.
