But, this is the boutique I come to most often, and the assistants are great brand ambassadors here. They are knowledgeable and make me feel special each time I visit the boutique. Regardless of me purchasing an item or not, they are eager to create a great experience. And this has been the main reason why I keep coming back to the brand, and have made a couple of purchases within these few years. Definitely recommend this place unlike Cartier on the 2nd floor. “We normally don’t write reviews but thought I would since my recent visit to VCA was a quite positive experience and also because over a year ago when my wife and I visited it was not. We decided to try again and, thankfully, were pleasantly surprised. We were cordially greeted upon entering and escorted to the waiting are in the back, offered refreshments, etc. After a short wait we were greeted by Dilys who was quite cordial and professional. Since this was a gift for my wife’s birthday Dilys explained that what we wanted wasn’t currently in stock but she took the time to show us alternative pieces and, fortunately, my wife was able to settle on one. We really appreciated the professionalism and care we received and definitely will be a customer for life.”

“I stopped by Blue Nile to look at Engagement Rings for my soon to be fiancé. I was met by Chrissy, an employee there. Not only was Chrissy respectful but she was also patient. It was my first time doing any of this so I was completely unfamiliar. She ran me through everything step by step and even looked through my girlfriends Pinterest to help even further. She even went the extra mile to help customize a ring that I know my girlfriend is going to love. I highly recommend asking for her whenever you plan on going.”

“The Pandora at the Short Hill Mall was exceptional. “DJ” Sales Lead was extremely helpful. She was informative, attentive and knowledgeable about the jewelry. My wife and I selected two pieces to get engraved and DJ helped us with the whole process and even told us how she had learned to tweak the engraving process to throw in an extra line.My wife also grabbed an extra ring and DJ continued to make the experience personal and professional.Overall she made the experience personal and memorable. 10/10 I would definitely come back. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, they were not pushy at all like most other jewelry stores.If you are in the area definitely stop in and ask for DJ.”

“Purchased a beautiful bracelet for my wife online. We went yesterday to pick it up. I didn't realize the store closed at 7 pm just as we arrived at literally 7:04 . A dark haired young gentleman was just closing the door when I said we were just here to pick up a purchased gift. He said sorry we were closed and locked the door. There was a second light haired young man working as well but behind the counter who was just shaking his head with a smirk on his face saying "NO we are closed." I asked for the manager as he was holding the door closed. The gentleman at the door called out to the manager who then appeared. I stressed to her we rushed over from 20 minutes away and thought they were open till 8 pm like the mall and apologized. I told her it was a gift and was paid for already. She moved the door open and invited my wife and I inside. She asked for my name and ID and retrieved the bracelet. I was so grateful for her kindness and wonderful customer service. She even engaged us in a conversation while the gift was being boxed. I would like to thank Laura P. the manager in Short Hills for her consideration and pleasant attitude. “We stopped in for about 45 minutes and Jennifer was absolutely professional and friendly. My partner could not decide on a necklace, so Jennifer showed us the whole collection. She even helped us try out the pieces, and went out of her way to show us different colors and materials. We felt very welcome, and we were able to make out with a necklace. “OUTSTANDING customer service! My advisor texted me to inquire about how I was doing and if I needed anything. What a lovely touch, and it just so happens I needed a gift for a friend celebrating their Birthday in Michigan, I couldn’t be there. The gift purchase was convenient and seamless - all completed via mobile except the gift was shipped to me instead of my friend! The store leader, Christina called and she listened with empathy, openness and understanding. Natalie the customer service rep also called and her calm professionalism abated my frustration.
