“Excellent experience, especially considering the fact it was the holiday season. There was a bit of a wait at first (but that was to be expected considering the time) and also some customers that should ask themselves if they would speak to their mother that way but the staff handled it with patience and grace.
Personally I was very satisfied with the associate that helped me and was able to build a bracelet that went over wonderfully on Christmas! Kudos to the team for helping make it a Christmas to remember and to the management there for creating a culture that held up during (what I’m assuming) is their busiest time!”
