    “Just witnessed something that should be commended by management. I watched a young woman handle a potentially overwhelming situation with grace and mastery. As several guests breidly waited impatiently in line, this gem of an employee (who appeared to be working by her lonesome by the way) streamlined every action to ensure efficient customer service, and never once broke from her radiant, smiling disposition.
