“Went in to with hopes of outfitting my fiance for our wedding and came out delighted with the experience (and the suit!). Ismail made us feel so at ease - totally guided us through the process of designing a custom-made suit, gave us options, shared his expert opinion and ultimately came up with a suit that perfectly fit my future husband's personality and physique. Thank you Ismail - you made a potentially intimidating process so very enjoyable! :)”

“There is always a line when you are checking out, but that doesn’t bother me. There is always good thing in the clearance section. I don’t about shoes but is always a miracle when I find something that I like.”

“Excellent experience. I cannot speak more highly of Alicia and the team at this location. They also offering tailoring services to J. Crew members. Whether you go in for the quick pickup, pick it up at your door or in need of the quick tailor, J Crew Shrewsbury is the best location I've been to.”

“Just witnessed something that should be commended by management. I watched a young woman handle a potentially overwhelming situation with grace and mastery. As several guests breidly waited impatiently in line, this gem of an employee (who appeared to be working by her lonesome by the way) streamlined every action to ensure efficient customer service, and never once broke from her radiant, smiling disposition. I applaud her cool, calm, and collected nature. She'll be running her own successful businesses soon enough, i'm sure of it.”
