“We just purchased a purple mattress from the purple store at the Grove in Shrewsbury. My husband and I were trying different beds for months before we decided to buy the purple… Our consultant Dawn was the absolute best! We never felt pressure. We just got great information and reassurance that our purchase was protected and that we had the ability to change our mind and that it wasn’t difficult at all if we did… Well, fast forward, three weeks later and we love our bed! I highly recommend the mattress and even more highly recommend working with Dawn! Thank you so much! We are happy purple sleepers!”

“I had the best experience ever at the Lovesac in Shrewsbury! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with so many smiling faces and a super friendly welcome. Julie came right over to help us.

We already own a Lovesac and decided we wanted to expand our setup and switch the covers to the new velvet materials. Anyone who owns a Lovesac knows how overwhelming all the options can get. There are endless configurations and so many fabrics. Julie was so patient, so kind, never rushed, and never pushy.

We had seen the recliner online and honestly weren’t impressed, but I’m SO glad we went in person. It’s way cooler and way more functional in real life than it looks online.

Because we wanted to use all of our existing pieces, it made things a little tricky, but every single employee jumped in to help. Instead of trying to sell us all new pieces, they worked with what we already have. Julie even called Amanah over just to have another set of eyes, and she was also so friendly and personable. They brought in Beth and Mike too and they thought through everything, down to the pillows.

I’m honestly in awe of the experience we had in this store. Every single person offered to help. They’re even making us a setup plan so we’ll know exactly how to put everything together once it arrives.

Couldn’t recommend this team enough. Such an amazing group of people!”

“Listen up, if you need help with your board, boots, equipment, anything related to snow Jason is your guy. He spent over an hour with me helping me try different boots and explaining to me why I have been experiencing so much discomfort with my old expensive boots. He explained to me how the feet move, how they should rest in the boot, and everything there is to know. He is your Snowboard Scientist, hands down ask for Jason’s help if you need the best. He also worked on my board, new foundation and wax and this baby looks BRAND NEW.

I cannot overstate how helpful Jason was, I was about to give up on boarding because if foot pain and with his recommendations and expert advice I now am back in love with my favorite sport. Thanks to the Ski Barn team and a HUGE thanks to Jason.

You have a lifelong customer out of this guy.”

Lisa went above and beyond to help us, taking the time to call customer service and explore every possible solution to reverse the return.
