“I always loved Echelon store because its not as crowed as the deptford one and it has everything I ever needed this time it looked barely stocked I had to ask the sales clerk if they were closing. Shelves were bare the fudge area wasn't even open. Non was made I went for slippers bed sheets and fudge for my father and only got the sleepers. I got bath towels couldn't even get full sets they didn't have them in stock. They said it was from the fire at the other end of the shopping center but I don't know about that.”

“Good choices over all and ok clearance selection. Seem to be well stocked in sizes. Employees were lack luster. Don't remember getting greated though when I said hello I did get one back. No smiles or energy. They had manners and checked me out pretty quickly but I just wish they didn't seem like their job was aucking the life out of them lol will still return in the future though :)”

“Small place but packed with all types and styles of boots. Danielle was SUPER helpful and heard every concern and need I required in new work boots; as soon as I was talking she was coming up with a plan and it checked all the boxes for me. Go here for your next pair of boots whether for work or casual or whatever. A+, I will always return here for boots.Plus, her puppy, Norman, is adorable!”
“Good selection and prices but they don't sell wide sizes there. I figured they would being the official retail outlet but you can only get wide online. They also aren't open on monday for some reason. Staff was polite and courteous and didn't hound us which was nice.”
“I was at the mall on sunday to buy a new pair of shoes and all 3 of the employees on shift were amazing. I was taking awhile to find the right size because i haven't shopped for shoes in a long time and they were all super patient with me and very helpful. They went above and beyond to help me out and made me feel comfortable the whole time. One of the more pleasant shopping experiences i've had and i'll definitely be coming back :))”
“Outdoor premium outlet stores that usually offer some great discounts. Big fan of Skechers slip-ins, this place offers buy one, second pair 50% off. (AC will not give this offer for slip-ins) look online for skechers loyalty sign up and the gloucester premium outlet stores sign up for additional discounts. Also many stores give Vets an additional 10% off. Quick knowledgable store employees. Great value.”
“Took the kids to get shoes for school and while my son had found a few pairs in his size, my daughter couldn't find any in her size. Other than that, staff was quick to size them for me and apologetic for the inconvenience of the above issue.”

“I've never been to any sneaker or shoe store where the entire staff acknowledged you in the store. Whether you saw them first or they saw you, I was greeted with a smile and was never left alone waiting for someone to assist me. The store was clean and organized even during what seemed like a busy time of the day. This was my first time going to this location and based off of today's experience I will definitely check it out again. I just wish I could remember the womans name that assisted me today because she deserves some recognition! Not just because of how she helped me, also because of how she was with other customers and her fellow employees. “A nice store they have everything stacked where it's supposed to be and matched with the sneakers that came out that match it.They just don't have a good variety of sneakers this year dedicated to spring and summer like they don't have a lot of bright colors and stuff like that but they still have nice sneakers no matter what.”
“I had purchased the wrong sized shoes even though they felt good in the store. I was able to work with Kay and George to return my shoes. Both of them were Asst. Managers and wanted to ensure I had a good experience on my return. Did I forget to mention, I could not find my receipt and I had discarded the shoebox but they still took good care of me.”
