“Not a bad place to shop, as far as malls go it is on the smaller side but it has lots of great stores and it is in an area that has plenty of places to to eat and shop. Access is easy because almost every highway in the state comes through. Ample parking anytime of the year.”

I will occasionally go to the Dollar Tree if there is a reason to stop in on my way past the plaza. I have been a customer of Citizens Bank for many years and this plaza is home to the branch that I visit most often.”
“It’s the hidden nook of Williamstown. Palermo’s is delicious, and has been in business since I was a child over 20 years ago. Dollar general always has decent prices for quick groceries. The trampoline place and gym are very clean. Would be the perfect spot to put an Amazon warehouse!”

“Average shopping area among glut of similar venues in neighborhood. There used to be a nice coffee shop. Applebee's here is questionable ? Took grands and was informed there was a 20 minute wait ✋️ even though I counted and pointed out there were at least 8 empty tables. My gals said we leave; we did.
Corriendar and Greek place are my favorites at Ritz Center/Plaza?...”

“I have a problem since they got rid of the directory maps. I tried the QR code and the resulting map wouldn't allow me to search for the Carter's store at this mall. It gave me a map of the US. I tried the text message but they didn't respond. I'm 76 and a little old to work with this. Can you bring back the directory maps please so this can be more accessible?”

Never going back to that location because I waited fifteen minutes inside to be waited on and they never bothered to see what I wanted. Horrible customer service. I can in needing to do a return that other locations struggled with but with the help and patience of Tainia and Tonia the process was wonderfully smooth. Mind you I was shopping with two babies in hand. Both staff members were kind and considerate to help me and walking me through my selection.
