“I have relied on this establishment a handful of times over the last few years. They have always been very nice and professional with me. They don’t seem to be out to overcharge anyone or take advantage of you neither. If they didn’t have a specific sized tire I needed, they have always got back to me within a very reasonable time, with the right size. The fact that the price also includes the tire swap, and install is a win in my book! Would recommend to anyone in a bind looking for a used tire.”

“I found him on line and saw his 5 star reviews. I called Chaz and he told me to bring it down. Luckily I had something to drive. Dropped it off and it was done the next morning. It looks brand new. And he put a new tire on it for me. It’s very rare these days to find someone who’s polite and cares. The guys in the shop were awesome too! I recommend 100%. Five star shop all day.”
“My husband Kevin brought his Work truck up to their shop in a panic today. He noticed the tire was going flat fast. As soon as he got there and let them know what was going on there was no wait. They pulled the truck in immediately. The service was fantastic, they were quick and efficient. “These guys are great!!! We just dropped in with our small motorhome because it was showing a low tire on the inside rear of the dually. They helped us right away! Filled all 6 tires to the suggested factory air, and felt that the sensor was messed up. We will probably take it back in ( with an appointment this time!), to have them fix the the sensor issue.”

“I couldn’t be any happier with there customer service and work preformed I bought and had 4 tires installed there was an issue with the tires staying balanced they tried several times but no luck ordered new tires and the same, obviously there was a manufacturing issue then switched brands and no issues at all like I said there customer service was above and beyond great they went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the service work.”
“Checked the suspension in my car for free which is great! They also did further inspection to see what other additional things might be needed which is a plus. Also gave me an itemized list of what was needed and recommendations.”
“The Echelon team, both sales and service have always been courteous, knowledgeable and most of all friendly. Communications during service visits are efficient and fast whether in person or via text. I have been a customer since the 1990s both leasing and buying cars during this time. My most recent service and experience was in August of 2026, an oil change and recommended maintenance on the vehicle I purchased this past January. Not only did they fix this for FREE but they also put the frozen food I had in my trunk in their freezer for me so it didn't melt.

“I brought my truck to Bill’s Tire Sales today to get a tire patched. The same nice gentleman is always there. I’ve gone to Bill’s a few times over the past couple of years and all the employees are always kind. They patched the tire quickly, put it back on, and even helped put the spare away. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They are quick, kind, and honest!”

“This was my first time going to Kellers Auto !!! First off, great customer service. Called them and they took my car right away. Something has been wrong with my car for over a year now. I’ve been to multiple mechanics trying to get it fixed. NO ONE could figure it out. I’ve spent so much money getting stuff fixed and still having this issue. Well Kellers auto knew what it was right away!! They fixed it so fast too. They even informed me that I needed new spark plugs, which I supposedly got over the summer somewhere else and they never did them!! So thank you so that information. It was a smooth and easy process. I will be going here for now on for sure! Thank you so so so much Brian for everything”

“I have been dealing with Mr. Tire of Glassboro for about 10 years. The Michael Buchanan and his team always go above and beyond for their customers. This time I dealt with Assistant Manager Cameron and was treated with the same respect as usual. When I got their they were swamped with work, so I wasn’t sure if they would be able to accommodate me, They fit me in and I got the tires I needed and was on my way in about 2 hrs. This is my tire shop as I feel they are the best in the business.”

“I drive 40 miles from Pennsylvania to go to this specific Firestone because I believe that the guy Mike who works there would never try to sell me a service that I don't need. Unfortunately this past week I had to go on a Sunday and of course because Mike wasn't there the man who was there tried to sell me a battery that I didn't need lmao one star removed for the scammer guy but 10/10 for specifically the one guy Mike who is trustworthy there!
Went in just for an oil change because 2 months ago I got the entire car inspected and $1,900 worth of work done. The guy comes in and tells me that there's corrosion on my battery and it's 3 years old so I should get a new one. So I say they said my battery was fine last time I was here and he says but there's a lot of corrosion on it. So without even testing the battery he was trying to make sure I bought one that day, but then he got on the computer and saw that I was just there two months ago and the battery was tested and it was fine. This is why people hate going to get their car fixed, so frustrating!”
