“Halter’s Cycles is by far my favorite bike shop in a 30 mile radius. The employees and owner take their time with you and explain anything you’d like to know. Their repairs and maintenance are on point and they fixed a pesky issue I’ve had with my bike. Much better technicians. I bought a new road bike from Halters. Jason spent over an hour meticulously drawing frame geometry to make sure I bought the one with the best fit. When it arrived Don spent 3 hours fitting me - it’s amazing how many small adjustments I needed and it’s a world of difference on my new bike. Highly suggest and recommend Halter’s!!!”

“I had such a wonderful experience at this bike shop! Sam and his staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely interested in helping their customers. They took the time to help me properly fit the gear I needed for my bike as well as a comfortable, properly fitting helmet. What I appreciated most was that I never felt like they were trying to sell me things I didn’t need. In fact, they were very honest about what I actually needed and what I didn’t. It’s clear that their priority is helping people enjoy cycling safely, not simply making a sale. The customer service went above and beyond. One of the staff members even brought my bike out to my car and took the time to teach me the best and safest way to load and transport it. It’s becoming rare to find this kind of personal, knowledgeable, and honest service. I left feeling very well taken care of and much more confident about getting back out on my bike. I highly recommend Sam and his team!”

“I had an outstanding experience picking up two kids' bikes today at V5 Cycles. The team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me. They took the time to answer my questions without ever making me feel rushed. It's refreshing to find a business that combines technical expertise with such a customer-focused approach. I highly recommend V5 Cycles to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop that truly values its customers.”

“I just bought a quality used bicycle online that has a Pete's Bicycle Shop sticker on it. The bicycle is from the 1990s and I can tell you that the bicycle was property assembled when it was originally sold. It still functions as designed and due to the quality build originally from this bicycle shop it has stood the test of time. I have never actually been to this shop but I thought a real world experience with one of their bikes would speak volumes. Thank you and keep up the top quality work!”

“I came in to buy a new chain after my old one snapped as well as buy a new set of brake pads. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helped me choose the right parts. Just installed both parts on my bike and it’s up and running great again!”
