“In a world of AI bots and off-shore call centers, finding a caring human being to cut through the red tape is rare. Mamta, owner of this UPS location, proved that good people and customer service still exist! Mamta spent hours on the phone with corporate UPS to correct a transposed address on a highly insured, highly valuable package. It was my mistake, yet Mamta helped me locate and intercept the package at the UPS distribution center. THANK YOU Mamta for exceptional customer care and service. You went far above and beyond the call of duty. I am privileged to have had your help, and highly recommend this UPS store - they care about your package and you!”

“Every return I have had from Amazon has been the easiest process. All the employees are friendly and helpful even with figuring out my items and packaging. I have used other ones in our county and ended up spending $10 on little returns with grumpy employees. The Flemington store makes returns so easy!”

“Reena has saved me time and money for big and small packages. My only regret was not coming here earlier to send things. Streamlines the whole process and is an infinitely better experience that USPS, FedEx, or UPS.”

“Great store that delivers this sort of impersonal service, effectively backed by excellent service. The proprietor is extremely helpful and supports local businesses and services, which is not easy in this low-margin business. Support WW businesses!”

“This UPS Store is hands-down the best in the area. The staff is incredibly fast, professional, and actually seems to care about getting your items where they need to go safely. What I loved: • Expert Care: They packed my fragile items perfectly—everything arrived in one piece. • Honest Pricing: They helped me find the most cost-effective shipping option rather than just the most expensive one. If you want efficient service and friendly faces, this is the spot. Highly recommended!”

“Called the Hillsborough P.O to ask for a mail hold on the express mail pkg the came in and was gonna be available for delivery. RON was nice enough to call me to come pick it up. When leaving the car wouldn't start. I jumped it to get to the P.O.. That worked but when leaving it wouldn't turn over. I forgot to take my cables with me so Ron who called me located a set of jumpers and got a carrier to swing by and jump me in the parking lot. I want to thank and commend Ron and the staff for bailing me out today. They were very kind and curious and willing to help. Thanks Ron. You saved me today. I highly recommend this branch over several other local branches. A+++”
