“Service is generally prompt, professional and friendly, anyone complaining about wait times should try stopping in at non-peak times. It isn’t the reps issue if they have to call in for phone support to help you take care of something and it takes awhile, and that’s the most trouble we’ve ever experienced. “I stopped In the store In a panic Approximately a week ago because I had lost my Iphone and Mike was so helpful And patient through the process. In addition, I had some personal things going on, so to say I was under stress and having anxiety is an understatement. He and Jamie, the district manager were so understanding and compassionate, and walked me through the rest of the process so patiently. I ended up finding my phone the next day and upgraded anyway because Of the way I was treated, and also for the way things were explained thoroughly to me so that Mike went out of his way to find a plan and phone that I am thrilled with!!”

“If you come to this store during the weekend, expect there to be insanely long lines. I would not come here on the weekend. Just like I would not come to Costco on the weekend either. However, if you come here during the week, or schedule an appointment online before you come in, the wait isn't terrible. The staff is knowledgeable. Plus, you can drop off your old electronics, monitors, etc here and they will take it from you free of charge. You do not need it to be an Apple device!”
