Have been to this location on and off through the years and they have been consistently well run with great staff”

“Service is generally prompt, professional and friendly, anyone complaining about wait times should try stopping in at non-peak times. It isn’t the reps issue if they have to call in for phone support to help you take care of something and it takes awhile, and that’s the most trouble we’ve ever experienced. In addition, I had some personal things going on, so to say I was under stress and having anxiety is an understatement. He and Jamie, the district manager were so understanding and compassionate, and walked me through the rest of the process so patiently. I ended up finding my phone the next day and upgraded anyway because Of the way I was treated, and also for the way things were explained thoroughly to me so that Mike went out of his way to find a plan and phone that I am thrilled with!!”
