“I had such a great experience at Mailbox Business Center in Hillsborough earlier today! I needed help printing addresses on envelopes for my upcoming wedding and was having so much trouble with the printing and alignment settings at home. A friend recommended I come here, and I’m so glad I did! The owner, Matt, was incredibly respectful, kind, and genuinely caring. He was more than willing to help in any way possible and didn’t rush the process at all. He successfully printed 50+ addresses on my envelopes and even noticed an issue happening with a few of them in the printer. Instead of ignoring it, he kept working until he figured out the problem. Matt ended up using some of his store’s envelopes, took them off my bill, and explained what likely caused the issue so I’d understand for the future. That level of honesty and care is rare these days. He’s truly running a fantastic business with great services. I would 100% go back for any printing or mailing needs and highly recommend Mailbox Business Center!”

“Darr and his team went over and ABOVE for us. There was a slight issue with the printing file we had, and he managed to save the day, by reprinting and overnighting the full product order. In all our years of production, we've never seen someone turnover and rectify a problem so swiftly, without issue. THANK YOU!”

“In a world of AI bots and off-shore call centers, finding a caring human being to cut through the red tape is rare. Mamta, owner of this UPS location, proved that good people and customer service still exist! Mamta spent hours on the phone with corporate UPS to correct a transposed address on a highly insured, highly valuable package. It was my mistake, yet Mamta helped me locate and intercept the package at the UPS distribution center. THANK YOU Mamta for exceptional customer care and service. You went far above and beyond the call of duty. I am privileged to have had your help, and highly recommend this UPS store - they care about your package and you!”

“I’ve been consistently impressed with East Coast Media! They always meet or beat deadlines, deliver top-quality products, and their team is genuinely friendly and helpful. From start to finish, the process is smooth: the staff clearly listens, they provide great suggestions, and the end result is exactly what we needed, if not better. Their professionalism, reliability, and positive attitude make them a pleasure to work with, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly for any print, mail or marketing project. Highly recommend!”

“I've been a regular customer at this Staples location for some time now, and the experience keeps getting better because of the people. Tori, the General Manager, is exceptional. Every time I'm in the store she brings a warmth and professionalism that you don't always find in retail. Whether I've been waiting on a print job or shopping on the floor, she has always taken the time to help me find exactly what I needed. She helped me select the right tools and print needs for my business based on my specific needs, not just what was on the shelf. That kind of thoughtful, personalized attention is rare. She makes the entire store feel brighter just by being there. That kind of leadership shows up in everything around her. Lexi in the print department deserves just as much recognition. She has gone above and beyond every single time I've come in with a job. She makes sure everything is done correctly the first time, and that attention to detail has made a real difference for my business. Nothing gets missed. Nothing goes unnoticed. This location has earned my loyalty because of people like Tori and Lexi. They are the kind of employees that make a real difference, and this store is lucky to have them both.”

They colors were perfect! Joe and his team are a pleasure to work with. You don't need to deal with the big box guys.
