“When we moved, we needed to store our belongings for a few months. We are so happy we chose to go with Barnegat Bay. The office staff is very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. They informed us that at any time we can borrow carts or dollys if that would help us move our things around the facility. The grounds are really nice and clean, does not feel like a scary run-down industrial complex. The key code gate was super convenient to be able to access our things 24/7. I will highly recommend to friends and family.”
“Staff is good fast service and always trying to update the place only thing is no dumpster that can be used on site and also there where mice on the outside units n the only that are climate control aren't controls on hot days it feels like a oven in the area n buildings need to fix there inside units”

It’s a real financial struggle on me ( senior on Medicare) I have paid for nearly two years but I always seem to be behind yet I can’t recall missing any payments!! I’m still trying! ?”

“The store was super clean, I was having trouble locating my U-Haul with the app and the woman in the store offered for me to come inside and she would assist me. She was super friendly (filling in from the Toms River location) and she got me the keys and all set up with my vehicle in less than 5 minutes. The return of the U-Haul was just the same, took about 5 minutes and everyone there was super friendly.”
“All managers were great in the 2 locations that I rented. BHP in EHT, NJ and Fire Road in EHT, NJ.I want to give a big shout out and a 10x review for Doris....she helped me with the Fire Road, EHT, NJ location. Without her help on my side (the customer) with the district manager....things certainly would have been difficult for me as well as my family. She certainly saved me money but more importantly she understood my dilemma and assisted me to a reasonable and honorable exit. She literally saved a lifetime of memories for us.
