“My daughter was in an accident ,and the place Riehl’s that the police towed the car to was ridiculous. They charge way too much for every little thing and rude. Wanted to charge me double of what Amy’s towing charged me, and Riehls didn’t have to drive anywhere to get the car, the car was at their yard. The car was going about 5miles from the yard. I seen Amy’s towing online and they had great reviews. I know why!! Greg was the best. He was there when he told me he would be, even texted me. He was professional, courteous, empathetic to my situation, and gave me advice. He even asked where I wanted the car and after he got it off the flat bed, put the car exactly where I wanted it!! I will never use another tow company again!! I hope I never need one again, lol, but if I do I’m calling Amy’s Towing!! Thank you Greg for all your help!! I greatly appreciated it!!”
“Repair work on a 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe LT for a fuel injector issue as well as replaced catalytic’s and a service oil change.
On my repair job, from the very beginning, Tom Messenger has been an asset in calling me to let me know after he did the initial review what the initial assessment was, and, then he put a plan into action and called me back at each, and every interval to let me know what needed to be done.
He was timely and accurate and the price was reasonable for the work that needed to be performed.
Again, thank you Tom for your leadership and excellent job in following up and completing things on time.

“Washington Township Elmer's Auto Body is fantastic. Another car hit my own from behind, causing plenty of damage. I bought my Jeep Compass new and it was only 8 weeks old at the time. Needless to say, I was upset; however, Rob and Dennis and the Elmer's crew did an amazing job. The new paint-job matches perfectly (and I mean PERFECTLY) with the original factory paint, and the entire job was truly flawless. “I must say i absolutely loved the service I received. I called in the day before got my tow scheduled for 12-1 and (Steve) I believe the man’s name was came early! I loved the help I received towing my vehicle from one point to another after several disappointing and frustrating days going back and forth with my warranty company and dealerships. Would 100% recommend to anyone a the prices are reasonable I was quoted $125 to tow during the day which is extremely reasonable. Very happy and would use Flanagan’s towing services again if I had to!”

Trustworthy, super polite and very professional. Even with a difficult driveway to back in that had a tree hanging over on one side and not wanting to damage my car They accidentally hit my mailbox but immediately replaced it for me with a brand new one. Not many people would go above and beyond that way. I would recommend them every day of the week.”

He was beyond professional in handling my claim, very detailed about the work to be done and the turn around time was exactly on point!!! He answered all my questions My car was is in excellent condition when I was hit in the rear and when he finished it looked beautiful! The blending of the paint and the fitting of the rear bumper, trunk, the rear glass, all Subaru insignias, replacing the rear inside trunk casing for my extra tire/rim were impeccable. Michael is also beyond knowledgeable about car repair having been in the business a long time! Happy to see his son continuing the high quality auto shop and i have to assume his staff is equally caring about the work they do. I was also referred to him by former customers who are friends and neighbors here in Maple Shade. If you need any body work done, and not just accident repair, l beyond highly recommend Michael's! $10 bucks to take the piece I wanted (the top glove box of a 2008 Hyundai Elantra) out.
I loved the experience, but it's not for everyone. Not recommended for youngsters due to the broken glass and sharp exposed metal, for example. The cars are lined up quite nicely, which made it easy to take a stroll through them and find the one I needed.
I walked out happy, so HIGHLY recommend it.”
