One of the best parts is that Wax and Wine is BYOB and allows you to bring your own food and wine! “I held my girlfriend’s 30th birthday party at choppers cause we knew we wanted to do a fun activity with family and friends. I spoke with Dom a month in advance to let him know my plans to invite around 40 people and bring food and drinks. He was really helpful and accommodating while answering my million questions. The venue is large and the staff reserved a spot towards the back, away from all the other guests. Having our own dedicated refrigerators For drinks and a birthday cake was a convenience that I didn’t know I needed.The coaches themselves were friendly and knew how to wrangle in the crowd of (partially drunk) people. All in all, I would definitely come back and host any type of event here in the future!”
“I was here tonight for my first time watching Celtic Thunder's concert. Externally, it's a beautiful building and a nice parking lot (plenty of space!).
It's got a nice vibe inside that could use a little TLC. Views of the stage are amazing, and there are no limited sight locations. Would definitely attend another event here. It's a challenge for anyone who is mobility limited. Lots and lots of steps. Because it's a theater, no handrails going up aisles.”
“We had so much fun in the toddler ballet class with Miss Adrianne! It was a fast pace class that kept us moving, but easy enough to follow and then practice at home. We especially loved her positive affirmations cheer and use it all the time! Miss Adrianne teaches real ballet positions and technique while making it fun with magic wands, streamers, and a parachute. Thanks Miss Adrianne for your energy, kindness, and patience with all the crazy kids!”
“Where do I begin?! Working with Debbie, Paula, Gemma and their team has been such a joy! Upon first meeting Debbie, she was attentive, kind, intentional, and extraordinarily helpful! The ballroom was stunning for our event- everything ran smoothly and Debbie was so accommodating to all our needs. I HIGHLY recommend the Collingswood ballroom for your next event! “This is one of the coolest examples of reusing a building. This building is packed with culinary art, craftsmanship, creative childcare, and positive energy. I am always amazed how they were able to turn a school into such a creative and energetic space. I hope to see more of this throughout our city !”

“Enjoyed the day! Live cooking demo with ABC6 Matteo present and filming. Beautiful, well-behaved dogs with their owners. Tomato themed this Saturday. Tomato Basil Bisque soup was so soothing. Delicious sheep's milk cheeses. Live band, polite people! What more could you ask for in life!!! Will be going back next week!”

“My granddaughter's sweet 16 was held here. OMG, this place is really beautiful when everything is set up, and it is bigger than it seems. The only downfall is that you can not cook in the kitchen. Of course, some people just had to ruin it for everybody else. But otherwise this is a beautiful place with a great atmosphere to really enjoy yourself! Check it out for your next event if you live in the area.”

“This is location is so well managed that I could not recommend it more! My fiancé and I worked with Emily and the team there of Franco and Carolyn. Everyone was so exceptional and accommodating! Every time we needed something our wants and needs were already ready. Almost out of dinner wine? Turned around and saw a refill coming. Ready for a sweet? A personal selection of favorites was being set on the table. Everything was so smooth and stress free! 5/5 doesn’t encapsulate the team at the Lucy. They made our day priceless and memorable for us, and ALL of our guests. Thank you!”
“Great venue for concerts and live shows! Old school opera stage converted into a modern hall with lots of seating and a bar! Parking is hard to find, only street parking in surrounding blocks. Try to take a rideshare or subway there.”

“Large screen, large viewing area, clean, clean restrooms, everything was perfect except for one thing. There was only one concession stand open and I had four people with me and had to wait in line for almost 40 minutes. Still, I did not purchase any food because I couldn't wait any longer. I spent most of my time in line and missed the movie that I paid to see. Other than that it would have been a five star.”
