“Super helpful and friendly staff! I was having major phone issues due to a swollen battery, and Brian helped me right away. He quickly diagnosed the problem, got it resolved, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend them!”

“Great experience. I came in with my elderly mom who had lost her phone and needed a replacement. Jacob was super helpful, upbeat and also managed to save my parents money on their monthly bill by alerting us to a new promotion. He could not have made the process any easier or more pleasant. We walked in stressed out and walked out happy!”

“My son's phone was smashed by some punks in SIC, the staff there helped me get a new phone service was great . New phone operational in under 40 minutes. Highly recommend. This is my second time buying a phone here. The last time his phone took a swim in the bay.”
