“From New York, and unfortunately, had water damage to my cell phone while on vacation at the Jersey shore. On my way back up to New York, I took my phone to several other places, and was told that it was probably non-repairable. I brought it here as a last hope, and the gentleman who I believe is the owner was able to fix it! He seemed very knowledgeable, honest, and professional throughout the entire process. The repair was completed quickly, the price was fair, and my phone works like new again. If you’ve been told your phone can’t be repaired, bring it here before giving up. They truly exceeded my expectations!”

“Not all Verizon stores are created equal!! I went to this location (after zero help from other locations) and was so absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Phil. He took the time (over 2 hours) to help me activate and restore my phone. He was so patient and made sure I was all set with everything before leaving.
