“Full disclosure, my car ended up totaled, so I didn't have R&C do any work on the vehicle.However.I did interact with the staff on multiple occasions over phone and email. Michelle and Carl in particular were super responsive and helpful. I had my first car accident over a month ago and today, speaking with Carl, I realized he was the first professional I'd spoken to who'd asked, unprompted, how I was doing.I've called multiple body shops and dealerships, spoken with myriad individuals at my insurance agency, and even the person from the towing service that originally picked up the vehicle from the site of the incident.I just about burst into tears. (just about.) It really hadn't bothered me how little human element there was in this whole process until I experienced a little bit of it and then I wondered why it hadn't bothered me. It should have. We're people and we should treat each other like it. We deserve it.So. Yeah. The work was professionally done -- they even took the time to use spare paint to cover over several blemishes on my car that were not related to the work I needed done.
