From the very first phone call with Mark and Theresa, their customer service was excellent — friendly, responsive, and happy to answer all my questions before booking. On moving day, Ray, Dustin and Manuel turned up on time and got straight to work.
They had to navigate two steep flights of stairs and didn’t complain once — just got on with it, working hard the entire time while staying careful with our belongings. Fast, efficient, and clearly experienced, but never rushed in a way that felt careless. They then moved the everything the next day extremely quickly and carefully.
On top of all that, they were genuinely helpful and courteous throughout, making a stressful move so much easier. Couldn’t recommend them more highly — five stars all the way. Could not recommend a moving company more.”

The driver that dropped off tried many different ways before they were able to get the container securely in my driveway with wooden boards. Also customer service got me a good discount when my order didn't reflect the ongoing offers. I just needed storage when my home was being renovated. Definitely recommend as it was cheaper than the current popular brand of containers.”

The front desk lady is very helpful and straightforward. The rent wasn’t raised for the amount of time I had the unit and I got my deposit back right away after I moved out. “I recently had to relocate to a new state for work. Needless to say we were very nervous about using a moving company for the first time. Especially for a cross country move.
We had some unexpected challenges when our original driver had a family emergency, but Michael Angelo and his crew stepped in and truly went above and beyond.
Michael Angelo personally called us, apologized, and did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of. Even when he experienced an issue with his truck right before our schedule time, he stayed in constant communication with us and kept us updated throughout the process.
