“I have no pointers on how they can improve because everything went smooth.. I had a very pleasant experience at this specific location. Keep up the great work fellas…”
“Rented u haul from here. Easy straightforward process, the truck was clean and had a full tank of gas, which made the return fill up easy. Lady behind counter was also nice.”

“Great customer service is what truly makes this location stand out. I had a major issue with a vehicle I originally rented out of Newark Airport, and the situation was becoming extremely stressful. The team at this location went far above and beyond what I expected to help resolve the problem quickly, professionally, and with genuine care.
Every employee I interacted with was patient, understanding, and focused on finding solutions rather than simply passing me along. They treated me like a valued customer and turned what could have been a terrible rental experience into one that restored my confidence in the company.
It’s rare these days to find a location so committed to outstanding customer service and doing the right thing for customers. I truly appreciated their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help during a difficult situation. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for people who genuinely care about their customers.”
