“I can’t say enough good things about everyone here. My dog has a long list of medical issues, so we’re in touch with the office more often than I’d like. Whenever I call with a concern, the receptionists are always kind, calm, and reassuring. They never make me feel like a burden and always do their best to fit us in when they can. The doctors are just as wonderful. They take the time to answer every question I have without ever making me feel rushed. I’ve even received follow-up phone calls after hours to go over test results and talk through the next steps. After spending all day seeing patients, the fact that they still take the time to thoroughly explain my dog’s specific situation means so much to me. Whenever my girl has a specialist or ER visit, the staff often mentions that they’ve already reviewed her records and test results before our appointment. That level of preparation and attention to detail gives me so much confidence that she’s receiving the best care possible. When we lost our other dog, they sent us a heartfelt sympathy card and called to offer their condolences. That kindness meant more than they probably realize during such a difficult time. I’m incredibly grateful for every single person at this practice. They have cared for my dogs with so much compassion, and I truly can’t thank them enough.”

“Dr. Springstead Has been helping me diagnose my cat who is severely sick, And Doctor Cotler, I speak to in between there schedule. Dr. Cotler is amazing. He will call you after hours, very knowledgeable. Doctor Springsstead is also amazing, extremely knowledgeable And between the two of them, they have been working really hard to try to help Cesar while I'm on a limited budget. It's been really exhausting for me and I'm having a really hard time but I can count on having the Doctor Cotler or Doctor Springstead to talk to And continue helping me figuring out what's wrong with my poor cat. They are extremely patient with me. This is been a really long week and I'm extremely exhausted. I'll be sure to post an update on the care that I've received but so far I am happy with it.I wanted to put a review on South animal Hospital.The receptionist are all good as well. They listen they make sure the doctors get the messages, They do their best to get you seen as soon as possible. I absolutely recommend this animal hospital. Six months ago, Cesar started showing much less severe signs and I took him to another place that told me it was dental issues. If I took him here I think I could've got him help sooner. No matter what Doctor you see I believe you're gonna get very good care. It's very difficult to diagnose animals, especially when you're on a limited budget, The most important thing about an animal hospital is having veterinarians that actually care. I can say truly in my heart I feel like these veterinarians truly do care and will continue trying their best to Diagnose my baby and manage all of the symptoms. It's a long road and I feel like they will support me through it.”

“I brought my Nugget here for his tail amputation. While Nugget looks very polite, he was very rude to the staff. Despite his protests, the staff and Vet took care of him very well. They were always available to answer any of my questions or concerns whether it was in person or on the phone. This vet is also very reasonably priced. It has been a few months since Nugget's surgery and his attitude and quality of life have improved dramatically. Thank you.”

She is what you hope for in a family vet❤️ you don’t see this much anymore. “Early morning last Friday I ended up at AnimERge after I found my cat Anthony crying and collapsed on the floor. I knew it wasn't going to be good news but I was immediately comforted by the front desk staff on call that he would be taken care of and made comfortable during the exam. Dr. Barbara Guy, the vet on call that morning, examined him and spoke with me afterward. She didnt have good news for me, but she explained all of our options clearly and in a very caring and calm way. She and the front desk staff handled Anthony with such love and care during our whole visit and his passing was peaceful and respectful. I have had many pets and it is never easy to make the decision to help them pass when they are suffering, but after Dr. Guy's diagnosis, I knew it was the right thing to do. After returning home from work Monday morning, I was so pleasantly surprised to receive a very heartfelt card from Dr. Guy in the mail. It was completely unexpected and very kind and it really made my day. If you are ever in need of emergency care for your pet, I highly recommend AnimERge. Hopefully I don't need their services again soon, but I am comforted in knowing they are there if I do need them for my other pets!”

The staff is amazing and so patient!!! Aymon was so comfortable, so much so that when we went for our second visit (neutering) he walked right in his crate as if he was excited to go back.
