“Made an appointment to open a checking and savings account on a Saturday. Was hesitant due to reviews, but service was terrific, very helpful and spent a lot of time with my wife and I. “I've been using this branch for simple banking for about a year. All I need to use is the ATM in the foyer area. You can access the ATM when the bank is closed by swiping your card at the outdoor entrance. The ATM remembers your last operations (for example, "withdraw 80 $ from checking, no receipt"), so using the ATM is very fast. You can deposit checks at the ATM, but now that the Wells Fargo app supports mobile check deposit, there's no need for me to use it. I've never used the drive-thru or the humans inside, so I can't attest to the performances of those features.”
“The facility here is always clean with hand sanitizers everywhere. Lines move pretty quick and everyone has a positive attitude asking how can they help and was everything okay. Great location!”

“Cindy and Ramy are the greatest example of customer service, even though I know I don’t have to go to a bank anymore I actually take the time and stop by when I can and say hello, If there was a bank that I was completely 100% sure I would not have an account with, it was Unity Bank (generally) been to 6-8 different branches and always had and issue, cashing my payroll check, never failed to make it complicated time consuming and irritating, Then I walked in this branch and they felt my displeasure. Their patience and attitude was the best I ve experienced in a while, I’m in Nightlife management. Takes a lot to win me, they did.
