“Kimberly was very helpful to us walk-ins, as we are in search of another bank to open our first joint account together with. She told us how much it is to open an account, how much to hold an account up without paying the monthly service fee, unless you make it a direct deposit account. She told us about how my fiancé can customize his credit card with them with the image of my face!! How cool is that!? So, we ended up making an appointment that very same day. “I had to come and write a review about my girl Roberta. I have been going through some really tough times in my life, and in a world where it feels like people working in customer service kind of just want to rush you out the door, or benefit themselves in some way, Roberta is the polar opposite of the norm because she is patient, kind, helpful, soulful and supportive. She acted as a friend to me who had my best interest at heart and helped me get out of an extremely sticky situation. She is so sweet and knows what “getting more bees with honey” means, she lives it, she is just phenomenal at her job and a light to the world! I just want to give her all the thanks for her patience in guiding me out of a very dark place financially and honestly even emotionally, because when I left the branch I felt lighter and like everything was going to be okay. You can make a difference in people’s lives any day in any situation through patience and kindness. Too many people lack that in this world, Roberta is a breath of fresh air and a very special lady. Give her a raise!!!!!!”
