The team is knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and incredibly hard-working, going above and beyond to take care of customers. They provide reliable service, handle repairs and warranty processes flawlessly, and maintain excellent communication. The staff is very helpful, answering every question and showing the basics for products like OneWheel scooters. While the business is moving to online only and the return process could use some revision, the people genuinely care and work to make things right for the customer. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and real, nice attitude make the experience absolutely worth the drive.
