“My tire blew on 287 in Bridgewater. After a long call with AAA, which ended in them not being able to help me, I looked for a local tow that could pick me up. I called Mike’s and quickly had my service request submitted. I called the local Pep Boys to check if my tire was in stock, and by the time I hung up the driver was already there. Alexander/Lex was incredibly kind and made sure I was safety in the tow truck before quickly hooking my car up. He made sure to keep me in good spirits and drove safely to make sure I got to the mechanic. For an unfortunate situation, I feel blessed to have decided to call Mike’s. I highly recommend.”

What stood out most was how much he genuinely cared. He took the time to educate me on ways to better maintain my car and what warning signs to look out for to keep it running in great condition. He even topped off fluids that the dealership had recently missed during a visit there.
Dave walked me through everything he worked on, showed me before-and-after pictures, and explained the repairs in a way that was easy to understand without ever making me feel overwhelmed. THE DRIVER, EDDIE AND THE RECEPTIONIST WERE BOTH VERY COURTEOUS, PERSONABLE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL...GOOD PEOPLE.
I scheduled a tow for 11:00 AM. As the truck drove up, I received a call from Eddie, the driver at 10:55. He was very careful not to drive on my lawn or damage the landscaping. He made sure that the hooks and chains were secure and not touching anything other than the car's frame. He adjusted the steering to ensure a straight loading and car positioning.
Why am I writing so much?
Because I have had experiences with other towing companies where all those things were not done well and I spent days getting things resolved.

“My car caught a flat on the NJ turnpike and I couldn't get one lug nut off. The NJ turnpike road side service couldn't get it off neither. Puleio's was dispatched to tow my Range Rover to the next exit. They came within an hour and the young man Jurod was very pleasant. I gladly paid the $200 to go one exit because that's way cheaper than being towed off of NY highways. Thankful that he towed me to a well lit area being that this happened at 4am in the morning. It was even better that there was a good year tire shop where he dropped us off. I read the poor reviews for this company but they were a blessing for me this morning!”

“I was more than impressed with this towing company. They worked with me and my driver to pull a Tractor out of a ditch. Unfortunately do to the bad weather things like this happen all the time. There price was very reasonable. When I say reasonable I really mean reasonable especially when pulling a big rig out a ditch. The Rep. that took my phone call showed allot of interest in helping us out as soon as possible to get us back on the road. The tow driver was very professional and immediately took action once he arrived. I’m not trying to knock out other tow companies but Somerset hills towing in Bridgewater township is so far the best tow company I’ve received service from in the past decade. “Had an amazing experience with this shop!! Dropped off my car Monday afternoon after a rear end accident, on Tuesday they told me the parts alone were going to take 5 days and the portal showed my estimated pick up date of the following Friday. This Friday afternoon (5 days after dropping my car off) they called and said my car was ready! I got there they had just finished cleaning her inside and out! It was the cherry on top! Would 100% recommend”
