“Well to start , I've been to many glass shops over the last thirty plus years. Just remember that removal and installing glass is an art and sometimes very dangerous work. People always want the job done fast , rushing the job isn't the right way to go. First Class Glass does fantastic work , the owner prides himself by his work. I can only ask future customers to give them time to do the job , or to get back to you on the phone when you call. They are very busy and not always in the shop. Why are they so busy ? , because they are that good. I just recently tried to install a windshield on my friends skid steer and we had trouble getting the glass into the frame. We called First Class Glass and he got back to us the next business day , he picked up the parts at our location and we had our door glass installed a day later. Waiting was worth it. Great work and very happy with them , not the first time having work done by them. Trust me when I tell you , you will not be disappointed. Thank You”

But Angel contacted Allstate - my insurance company - and set-up that Allstate will pay for the windshield replacement, no cost to me. They did a good job in the less in one hour. Very nice people. “If you want your chain jerked call the company with the non stop jingle on tv and radio. If you want a company that knows customer service call Superglass Windshield Repair in Linden. I called late in the afternoon and left a message. Nick called me back in less than 15 minutes. Explained my situation. Was given a quote and appointment the next day. It was hotter than hell and Nick was able to repair my windshield on an awful afternoon. You can't see the damage after the repair. There is so much road construction in north Jersey I know when it happens again Superglass is going to be who I am calling.Service: Auto windshield repair”
“I called A-1 Auto Glass Professionals and spoke to George the owner. My back window on my Corolla was smashed to pieces by something that fell on the window during a stormy night on my way home. I called first thing the next morning and George had one of his specialist, Joe, come out to my home within the hour. This was Saturday morning and Joe, replace my back windshield, vacuumed the entire car to remove the broke glass with a incredibly reasonable price to add. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! “I had my car serviced by Woodbridge Auto Body due to a minor collision from someone rear ending my car. Everyone that I had an encounter with was pleasant and thoroughly explained the details of the process for repair and answered any questions that I had. After my car was ready for pickup, there was a minor incident that happened before I retrieved my car. The manager, Dmitriy, reached out to inform me of what happened. While I was a little frustrated about the situation, Dmitriy assured me that he would take care of it immediately. I truly appreciate his integrity in communicating with me about the damage because it was so minor that I may not have noticed it without notification. Or at least not right away.
