“Replaced the glass in three hours. Vacuumed out a lot of the glass. However, never gave me my keys so I drove away (push start ignition) with a spare in my purse only to realize he never put my keys back in the vehicle. I asked him to mail them and he said he didn't have them. He could not have driven the car into the bay without the keys so he has them somewhere!”
