“I got my wet grinder from Balaji, Edison in 2016. It's ring got damaged due to wear n tear over years and we moved out of NJ. We visited NJ and enquired if we could buy the ring as a spare part. They searched n couldn't get in the shop and wouldn't be available till next week. Took out from a new machine just to help us as we were flying back urgently. “May, Farah, Shota and I can not remember the other guy are amazing. Had the most horrendous experience switching from optimum to the mobile took 2 hours while in the shop. Not to mention me screaming on the phone in the shop. They were amazing at service and over and above calming my mum and I from an arduous call with optimum. Finally they had us out of there in about an hours with new phones, tablets and wifi and no more optimum.

“Just left Ifixandrepair at Brunswick square. I was so impressed. My phone just died. He's said he would get a new battery. He gave me a loaner phone. It wasn't the battery but when he opened the phone and closed it again. It turned back on. He told me what happened and gave me the phone. No charge. He is honest, quick and knowledgeable. The phone store where I purchased the phone had no clue what to do. I would highly recommend taking any phone, working not, to him.”
“Norm's knowledge on their appliances was outstanding. We stuck the budget we had and found the right refrigerator for us. Now comes the day of delivery. The crew was thee... most professional group I've come across. They took the hydraulic pistons off the storm door, they also took the front door off as an added measure of safety. They reattached the water line for the ice maker. They took all the plastic and tape found inside the doors and compartments. The big box companies shy away from doing anything besides delivering the appliances. Stick with local businesses like Richmond Appliances. You cannot go wrong”

“I had an issue with the owner in the Plainfield location after he attempted to bully me into purchasing additional insurance that I declined numerous times. I called corporate, filed a complaint and was referred to the Perth Amboy location and referred to Ellis, the owner/store manager. This was the best thing that could’ve happened. He was very polite, courteous, and patient while he transferred all my info from the other location and even scheduled a pickup from Plainfield.. He kept in touch w/me and I had the furniture in less than a week. If you’re in the Plainfield area don’t choose that location out of convenience. Choose Ellis and the Perth Amboy location!!!”
