“for the second year in a row, I brought in my HP laptop for repairs for unusual hardware problems problems where the motherboard is not replaceable because it's 5 years old. Lots of strange freeze up software problems that requires time to analyze and fix. The Safe Haven team has done a great job fixing this twice, and charging in my mind very little for getting five businesses back up and running.
