FedEx Ground has friendly and helpful employees. The staff at the Dayton, NJ location went above and beyond to help customers. They were understanding and worked hard to resolve issues. Employees at the security booth and gate were also very helpful. The staff ensured packages were scanned and delivered on time. Customers appreciated the extra effort and kindness shown by the employees, who genuinely wanted to help them. The employees at FedEx Ground were kind and hard workers who made sure everything went right for customers.

This particular FedEx delivery center is god awful. They keep losing packages that are sent to me. Either the drivers don’t know how to use GPS or they can’t read mail box numbers or street addresses. The Dayton facility needs to be restaffed with competent people. I never had this problem with the Trenton facility.

Needed to drop off some packages for eBay. No dropbox, but the man working at the gate was very friendly and helpful (June 16, around 2pm) - said he could take them. They were successfully scanned in a few hours later.
