“I had such a great experience at Mailbox Business Center in Hillsborough earlier today! I needed help printing addresses on envelopes for my upcoming wedding and was having so much trouble with the printing and alignment settings at home. A friend recommended I come here, and I’m so glad I did!
The owner, Matt, was incredibly respectful, kind, and genuinely caring. He was more than willing to help in any way possible and didn’t rush the process at all. He successfully printed 50+ addresses on my envelopes and even noticed an issue happening with a few of them in the printer. Instead of ignoring it, he kept working until he figured out the problem.
Matt ended up using some of his store’s envelopes, took them off my bill, and explained what likely caused the issue so I’d understand for the future. That level of honesty and care is rare these days.
He’s truly running a fantastic business with great services. I would 100% go back for any printing or mailing needs and highly recommend Mailbox Business Center!”
“This is by far my favorite UPS location. The staff is friendly and helpful and for the most part, I always have a great experience. Service is usually quick and it’s an easy location to visit.
They also have a self-service kiosk, which is very convenient when it’s working. Occasionally it’s out of service but other than that, I definitely recommend this location.”

“Today I went to this UPS store, and it’s honestly the one with the best customer service I’ve experienced around Edison in the past few years.
On Sunday around 2 PM, I brought over a dozen packages to drop off using the self-service machine. A kind and lovely staff member came over and asked if I needed help carrying the packages… I was genuinely surprised.

“Everyone is friendly and does their best to get the line moving. Aside from that, I would not recommend for prints. My project had a lot of delays. I was giving a quote and the final print was 2X as expensive and it was 3 to 5 shades darker that it was supposed to be - all middle colors/tones were black or close to blank, off-whites were solid yellow-orange (it's as if someone altered the image brightness and saturation before printing), the paper was rolled in a way where creases damaged the ink. It was a waist of time and money. I had to get it reprinted elsewhere.”

“This place is Great! The fella that runs it is also the owner, so this is an old fashion brick and mortar store with old fashion customer service that is rarely found these days. He is helpful when you have questions about types of service vs shipping times and cost.”

“I am so thankful for Kathy Felton at the Helmetta post office. The whole staff was super nice but Kathy was truly the best. I had a problem with transferring documents and had a very bad experience with a post office in Sayreville that I was not getting any help resolving until I met Kathy at the helmetta post office. Kathy was very Knowledgeable and straightened out the problem I had in Sayreville. She went above and beyond for me, was super nice and really took the time to explain everything that was going on to me and how to take care of the problem. “While FedEx certainly has its faults like many places, they came through for me recently. There was a package we desperately needed before heading out for vacation. It was due to be delivered the night before we headed out the next morning but never arrived. I spoke with one of the agents at 8 pm who said he would call this distribution center that the delivery vehicle operated out of to get in touch with a manager to find the truck and have them circle back to us. Sure enough at 845 pm, a delivery van rolled up and dropped off our much needed package. I thought all was lost but they were able to make it happen. I can’t thank them enough for their attention to the matter especially at such a late hour.”
