I've been using them for several years and have always received the best service, advice, and prices. The staff is kind, well trained, and willing to go out of their way to help patients. They take their time to explain your medicinal options and any potential side effects and reactions. They also stock many over-the-counter major brand products, making it convenient to shop in one place. All and all, SMS has been a pleasure to work with over the years. “They are a real neighbor pharmacy. They will talk to you and help you. No long lines. Easy to reach them on the phone. Prices are good as is the on site parking. They usually have meds in stock unlike other local pharmacies that have to order so many of them. They deliver the same day. That is hard to find around here.”

“I worked closely with Dr. Hock Tan for the last 4 months on various transdermal and transmucosal drug products at Bionex Pharmaceuticals. It was a welcoming opportunity to learn about drug product development and good documentation and manufacturing practices. With the help of fellow interns and Dr. Tan himself, I picked up the skills necessary for formulation development and various drug product studies. I was able to ask many questions, attend seminars, and network with other employees in the bioscience center during this time period. “Left a review 6 years ago but looks like the text was lost. It's troubling to see 1 star reviews for this pharmacy because they have been nothing but spectacular since the day they opened. Both pharmacists seem to know all customers by name, are extremely attentive and caring, and really go the extra mile. You will never get this level of service from a big box pharmacy. I suspect that the 1 star reviews are from some disgruntled customers with too much time on their hands. People don't realize how cutthroat this industry is, and how difficult it has become for independent pharmacies like this one to survive. Support places like these- it is great for small business and even better for the local communities.”
“I've been a customer of Medlife Pharmacy for just over 10 years, since shortly after Raj opened his pharmacy, and he and his staff have consistently delivered great customer care through the years. Raj has worked closely with my doctor's office to arrange for timely receipt of my prescriptions and has also had them delivered to my home, sometimes even doing so himself, when I couldn't pick them up myself. Raj and his staff--Matt, Andrew, Bonnie, Lakshmi, Carlos, Callie, Sri, and others I might not be remembering at the moment--have always been pleasant and very helpful over the years. I'm grateful for their consistently excellent customer care--and it is "customer CARE", not customer service--from all of them, and I know I can rely on it.”

“The pharmacist and employees there are so willing to help and really go the extra mile to try to troubleshoot any problems you may be having obtaining your medication(s) or having your insurance company pay what they're supposed to towards the total cost of your prescription(s.) It's so refreshing to go to an independently owned pharmacy where everyone is professional, on the ball and knows what they're doing. The difference is so vast from having to deal with a Walgreens or CVS chain drugstore, which in my experience, is like entering the nineth ring of hell. I had a wonderful first encounter and I will be using them in the future. Highly recommended!”
