“I don't go to Costco too often, because like Yogi Berra said, "Nobody goes there any more; it's too crowded." When I do go, it's usually for the meats, which have not disappointed. I even ordered a couch recently, and it was delivered and set up on time and with no problems. If you go to fill your gas tank, go early.”

“Awesome place! Quick. Efficient. Just make sure to break your seal if you have a bolt seal or wire. Dock workers don't provide them. That's why I subtracted 1 star. I had to go back to the gate. Otherwise perfect place to deliver to. Wish more places were like this!”

“I LOVE this place! Really cool staff with an awesome variety of selections from toothpaste to full-on meal food to desserts/morning snacks to go with coffee to coffee itself. Even had an electronic section! VERY good bang for your buck with what you pay. The cashier was a cool dude as well. I'm using Costco less now because of this place.”
“Our production plant partners with Hermann Warehouse as external storage. We receive daily shuttles from them, and the support, communication, and teamwork from them are all outstanding. Shoutout to Shakila S. (usually our primary point of contact) who is great to work with.”

“Because I am missing home, cooking a home cooked meal using the best utensils, the wonderful furnishings, comfort, and maybe even a glass of fine wine, This place ....although a distribution warehouse reminded me of all the fine things Williams- Sonoma provide. The guard gave me a nice welcome. That will do it until I can make my way back home.”
“We have been a client of Lasar Logistics for over 16 years now, yes there have been a couple of errors over the years but those have been so far outweighed by the Team's professionalism and their devotion to their clients is unparalleled. Everything starts from the executive team and it than goes to the management group, to the various group leaders, department heads and to the employees. They work as a cohesive unit. Things more times then not run like clockwork. The biggest issue for them can be when clients aren't either providing the requisite information that Lasar needs, or an 11th hour change in plans. They try to be as accommodating as possible but remember when you're dealing with truckers and freight lines including sea, land and rail, things can go wrong and that's not Lasar's fault. They try to adjust on the fly and more times than not. After 16 years we are as pleased as we were day 1!

“I was anxious to go pick up my items based on the reviews but I’m glad I went. It was a fairly easy process. Only thing I didn’t see were signs directing to the Customer Pickup area. This would be helpful.
The employee was quick with getting the items and helped to load them in my car.”

“This is my second time coming here and the people are very helpful and friendly. My first time here my dog locked me out of my truck I was able to avoid calling a tow company to come pick the lock bc 2 of the security guards and another employee helped me get back into my truck. The unloading process is very quick. My second time here I arrived a day before my appointment time (not expecting them to take me but they got me into a door immediately bc they weren’t too busy) I don’t mind delivering here.”

“6/4/24: Costco has some of the most efficient and rudimentary ways of stocking their products, but for some reason can not perfect the checkout and return process. Can someone from corporate please look into this? The return desk is almost always fully staffed but it takes forever to get in and out
Overall the customer experience isn't bad.
BUT, please expand your parking lot. This Costco's parking lot is almost either completely packed or full.
With all the money this location obtains from its customers, they need to look into this”
