“Evan and his team were nothing short of amazing!!! I was traveling though NYC with a Mercedes tall sprinter cargo full of very delicate medical equipment and needed a heat controlled spot to park overnight so my medical equipment was safe, secure and more importantly WARM! Evan pulled out all the stops to juggle and make room for my van. Not only that he stayed late to let my guy in as well as came in early to let him get back on the road! Broadway Supercar Storage and Evan are amazing!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!”

“I have been renting vehicles from the Tower company for almost 8 years, as a TLC driver in New York City. All maintenance and the required services were always completed on time, and the repairs were handled promptly and professionally, even when they were complex. Any concerns I had were consistently resolved. I’d also like to acknowledge the entire team—those who work there know who the real heroes are. I truly appreciate the years of reliable service and professionalism, which allowed me to smoothly grow as a driver. Thank you, guys, and Happy New Year!”

“I don’t usually leave reviews unless I’m truly impressed, but I felt I had to write this, especially for new drivers in New York and anyone new to this kind of business. I had an outstanding experience renting a car at Biracs. Dimitri, the owner, is truly exceptional - He is a professional, patient, and incredibly supportive. He takes the time to guide you through everything step by step, from the inspection process to handling real situations on the road. What really sets him apart is his leadership and dedication. He doesn’t just rent you a car—he makes sure you fully understand the process and feel confident. He also connects drivers with reliable mechanics and is always patient in answering every question. It’s rare to find someone this genuine and committed to helping his drivers succeed. Highly recommended! ?”

“Leased the car with AutoFrance from US for 86 days. Very competent and helpful agent. Picked up a Peugeot 308/2024 in Barcellona, Spain. Easy pick up, everything was ready. Drove over 9,000 km across Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland and returned the car at Orly airport/Paris. Very easy return. The car was perfect. The rate was very competitive vs normal rentals. Fully insured, brand new, unlimited milage. Loved it”

Upon returning the vehicle, Nick was very apologetic about the incident. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the experience! Thanks Nick, and the wonderful crew at the Hawthorne location! We will definitely return again!”

“Mostly good experience. The staff at the counter didn't really give clear directions on how to leave the parking garage (which is a pretty far walk from the desk), but other than that, my experience was great. Efficient pickup and drop off, convenient location by the PATH train, our car was fine, fair price.”

The gentleman in the back getting the trucks ready was awesome, felt like I was talking to family.
