“No frills rental service. Love them. Their rates are decent and they don’t charge you a gazillion fees. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because one time I went in for a car, and they didn’t have any left, so they gave me a minivan, and that would of been fine, but it was BUSTED looking. But it got me from point a to point b and that’s what was important.They are very polite and friendly. Great service. Good people.”

“Pickup staff very pleasant, easy transactions, no nonsense of trying to be sold additional features.Good value rental, good cars but could not get car to synch with my or my wife's phone. Helpful staff tried with no joy, unable to synch their phones either. Given another model car, same issue. Had to use a usb connection and also had to use office wifi to down load satnav maps, to now be able to use preloaded maps offline.Road closures caused us to run late in returning car, no time to refuel to full. Car returned with 4.1 gallons and had to be topped up with 11.7 gallons. Despite allowing for fuelling surcharge, displeased to be charged an extortionate amount for refuelling - $116.02. That works out at $9.91 per gallon!”

Also, the toll pricing was not very transparent, but this could be a website issue and there were no bad surprises.We had a Chevrolet Equinox in good condition, the cleanliness of the windshield and the dashboard could have been a bit better. “not often do you deal with a company that meets but actually exceeds each and every one of your expectations ,this is extremely important, especially when you are trusting them with your very expensive form Mobile.When your car is in storage at Broadway Super Car Storage you can sleep at night ,I know this because the owner went to my Shore House just prior to a super high tide that would’ve taken out both my cars and transported them to his nest where they now sit safe and dry.this picture is where they sat prior to him rescuing them.
