“Best tow service, Nikolas is a very helpful, honest and caring person. He does not only care about your vehicle he also cares about his customers. He helped me big time when i was stuck in the middle of the night and couldn't get another tow. He went out of his way to even give me a ride back home even though it was not near the area he picked me up and dropped my broken down car to. He offered me snacks and heat and a blanket as I was out in the cold for hours before I found his tow service. He was not about to leave somebody stranded in the cold in the middle of the night, with no one else to help them. He is very very kind and the most respectable tow truck driver I have ever dealt with, there is no reason to not trust him when you are broken down.”
“Amazing customer service and efficiency! I was stranded on the side of the road with a broke down car. Went through my insurances “roadside assistance”. After sitting for 3 hours and being lied to by the insurance company I decided to call my own tow. I found BTS had great reviews, and those reviews accurately reflect their service.
I was in a unique spot on the road and they were able to locate me with ease. The truck quickly arrived on the scene. They efficiently towed my car to where it needed to go. They were extremely friendly and accommodating.

“After an hour long commute from midtown Manhattan, I got that dreaded low tire pressure warning just as I was exiting the Lincoln Tunnel. I was tired, stressed, overwhelmed and alone. “10/10 would recommend Metro Auto Body. They’re an absolutely amazing shop that is equipped to handle any level of body work. The paint match and level of professionalism in the repair is hard to capture in photos. My Porsche 911 was damaged since I street park it in Manhattan. All I had to do was coordinate pickup and drop off of my car and they did the rest. They handled the insurance and the repair end to end. They also stored my car inside for over a month since I was worried about my car rusting. I would trust Reed, Kevin, and Team with any of my cars.”

“Giving this shop 5 stars. I typically do all my own work on my cars/motorcycles, and usually try to learn a new skill myself before paying someone to do work for me.
Unfortunately I had a reg suspension on 1 of my vehicles that I did not get notified from the DMV about. Got pulled over on the Palisades and police had to tow the vehicle and impound it at this shop. Everyone at the shop was friendly and easy to talk to, which is a pleasure given how many shops I've spoken to that are the complete opposite vibe. Really means a lot to me. Spent some time talking to the mechanics, and it's awesome to see a shop with people working who are passionate about building cars and know what they are talking about across a range of manufactures.
If I ever needed work done, I would not hesitate to give them a call.”

The winter snows created more than a few problems for our city, not the least of which was how and WHERE to leave our cars.
