“Update - I was at the dealer for something in warranty, and they told me that I needed the cabin and engine air filters replaced - they quoted me $250 plus labor, and the good folks at Inwood watch took care of it for $70 all included!
Unfortunately I had a run in with a pole in a parking lot on a dark rainy night, and some body damage occurred to my new car. Adam has been taking car of my mechanical and inspection needs for a while now, and I am so glad that I trusted him with the body work as well. The staff were friendly and had great customer service, which made the whole experience smooth. I’m currently very satisfied with how my car feels after the service. The only downside is that they don’t provide a before-and-after alignment report, which would have been helpful. Aside from that, everything else was good and I would consider coming back.”
