“I want to thank Joseph for his kind and sweet customer service. He is patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. He helped my husband and I each find a new pair of sneakers. He listened to us and took our concerns and opinions into account to find us both great sneakers! He made us feel so comfortable and was incredibly kind. He has the sweetest manners. He makes sure he unties the shoes for the customer and walked us out to the door. He is an asset to the store! You should feel very proud to have him as an employee!”
“Store is clean and organized. Jim was amazing; did not pressure us to make any purchases, took care of us properly and patiently, and was incredibly knowledgeable on shoe models and fit. Would highly recommend visiting this store. Unfortunately, one other staff member did not seem as kind, but luckily Jim was there for all of our questions and concerns.”

“I’ve been coming here for 3 years and the experience has been very pleasant. Drew has been helping me each time and he seems to go above and beyond. He knows the shoe specs, weight, waterproof, for winter or summer, weight etc… Today he went to check a shoe I was interested in to see if it was in stock not just once but twice. He’s knowledgeable with my company needs and also with the discounts my company provides. Javier is also always polite and welcoming when I come in. “I visited the Green Brook store again today and learned that on my previous visit someone apparently forgot to post a 'back in 5 minutes' type notice on the door, which led me to mistakenly assume they were closed for the Independence Day holiday. This time, Joe found my requested work boots right away, and after slipping in my prescription insoles, did a test walk and found the boots to be very comfortable. :)”

Balancing my needs while helping multiple customers. The only complaint I have is the other customers who more or less cut infront of me, but what can you do when you're by yourself. “My feet have been hurting and all boots I have bought lately don't seem to mitigate anything.
So I went to Redwings. They just happened to have a pair of boots in my size that was supposed to be a pickup order and the person never showed up and it was exactly what I needed.
I recommend getting the upgraded soles.
The salesman on the floor knows what he is talking about and is extremely helpful. That's why I go here if I need help.”
“What a gem of a store!
Since the pandemic I've been ordering shoes online and it's always hit or miss. My husband said I should start shopping in a regular shoe store. I didn't want to go to a mall, so I chose this specialty store - and I'm so glad I did! Nance is a doll!! She was so helpful getting the brand and size I was interested in. I went home with a gorgeous pair of gold Vionic sandals that fit perfect and feel amazing.
They have a vast selection of stylish shoes with name brands known for comfort. I'll definitely be back sooner than later!”
“It is a very large shop that has many pairs of shoes for both men, women and children. It is not easy to find large sizes for women but they can order the model you are looking for. There is a large car park and there are no difficulties for people with special needs”
