“I was in this store about a week ago, having a crappy day. When I walked in I was greeted by a woman with the biggest smile. She asked me if I needed any help and we exchanged conversation. The same woman rang me up and made the process so easy. I hadn’t had customer service like this in a while!! She really brightened up my day with her pleasant demeanor. I cant remember her name but she had bright red hair. Famous Footwear you are doing something right with these employees!!! Will definitely be coming back to visit her!!!”

“Gotta start with how happy I am with Ian's knowledge and customer service in the shoes department. I came with a friend to buy some shoes and THOUGHT I knew my shoe size. He asked me a few questions and suggested a sizing. I'm so glad he did, I was able to get the shoes that was sold out in the size I thought I wore and walked out ordering the exact pair I wanted. He also helped me stay within my budget. I explained to him my occupation and he had so much information that helped me understand my feet problems. You guys have a great thing going there with him.”
