Horrible customer service, manager doesn't help at all, changing bank

I put in an appointment request online since no one ever answers the phone. It said someone would respond to my email in 2 business days. I sent the request on Tuesday and today is Friday. Last time I made an appointment online and when I arrived, I wasn’t even seen on time or by the requested banker. Do better.

This bank may have the slowest service I have every experienced. I'm sure they are understaffed but if your advertising that your the most convenient bank, it should not take a full lunch break to cash a check. The people there are very nice when you do get someone.
