“After coming in to open an account and meeting the ladies working in the branch, I would never bank at another bank again. They made me feel so welcomed and explained everyone so thoroughly, I left with more knowledge than I came in with. Some things did need approval for their back office and being as though I went on a Saturday they work with a skeleton crew and I would have to wait until Monday. I was so glad I did! Unity has a customer for life! I’ve even brought some of my family members over to open accounts too! Thanks Sputh Plainfield!”

They serve customers from the heart. After the nightmare experience at Unity Bank at 2426 Plainfield Ave, we found the perfect solution - Columbia Bank at Oa Tree Rd in same town. Strongly recommend for banking needs.”

“Tiffany, the staff at the counter is very warm, friendly and trying her best to help you out. (And thank the manager, a lady, I wish I had memorized her name)

I encountered credit card issue for an on-line payment. I had called the phone number on the credit card 3 times and it didn't solve my issue at all. (even though the 3 staffs on the call said they had cleared the issue......One time, the on-call staff even pull out the wrong profile for ID security questions.....)

I then went to this branch. Tiffany helped checked the account system. Though it might due to different level of permission, she was not able to check the issue on her computer, she helped me get the manager's help.

The manager helped me contact the credit card department. After all the calling process, she suggested me to try the on-line payment while I was still in the bank to make sure the issue was solved. And I was really glad that this in person visit was way more helpful than chase customer service call. Tiffany and the manager helped me find the right person in the credit card department to solve the issue.”

“Tina is an amazing person. I had an issue activating my mother’s debit card after getting locked. I have been going into circles with many obstacles. But Tina with her lovely smile welcomed us to her office, and with very kind, efficient and caring attitude she helped us solving our problem.

This experience was one of my best ever.

“I have only had courteous and friendly customer service here for years whether at the counter, drive-up, or with lobby staff at the desks for account assistance. The only thing that has ever taken time once in a while is the wait in the drive-up lane during busy hours and that would be the same at any bank. Satisfied customer!”
