“I wanted to write this review to say what a great guy Mike the owner is. I went there with my Infiniti QX60 do to a sound I was hearing in the engine. He went for a test drive with me and gave me his honest professional opinion, then proceeded to help me see if I had a warranty so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. I did through Infiniti. He did try to scam me or take any money from me in fact he was a genuinely nice guy who did nothing but help me and saved me thousands of dollars. Great guy!!!”

“I came in towards closing time and 70 miles from home with an unknown metal object in one tire ready to cause a flat and a nail in another tire, and the team at this location was able to assist me with replacing all 4 tires. My tires already had 70,000 miles on them. The Mavis team explained the wear and tear on my tires including needing new struts on the rear of the car. Overall, I found the folks I worked with to be helpful and straightforward. I was able to leave same day with my new tires and to get home safely.”

When I had my rear tires replaced before, Jonathan explained why it was recommended to get replacements since the hole in the tire was in a spot that couldn't be repaired easily. Definitely recommend the New Brunswick location.”

“Our vehicle was leaking fluid and had a faulty air conditioning issue. Joe and his team were really accommodating in taking me in right away on a Saturday and they diagnosed the issue quickly. I appreciated how much they walked me through what was going on, explained the services, gave me prices, and kept me updated throughout. Overall, they were expedient, considerate, and the pricing was incredibly fair.

I have a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT, and this was my first visit here. They fit me in on the same day I called to make an appointment, diagnosed my issues, gave me a written estimate, AND completed all of my services within the same day (completely replaced front & rear bakes, rotated tires, replaced driver’s side headlight bulb, and replaced front & rear wiper blades)!

“I have never written a Google Review in my life, but given my incredible experience, I feel it is the least I can do. My family and I were passing through New Jersey on our way home to Canada when our car seemed to be having some issues. We were worried about the cost of potential repairs, but we were so greatly blessed. Jonathan (owner of this autoshop) told us a story of a similar situation he faced a long time ago when he was travelling. Due to his empathy and generosity, he spent hours on our car giving it a very thorough inspection, but didn't charge a single cent. He is clearly very experienced in autoservices, so it was already great that we got him to check everything through, but on top of that he gave us a free inspection. It truly was a miracle that day, and we couldn't have made it home without his help. Absolutely phenomenal service! Jonathan has inspired us to pay it forward. Our greatest thanks for everything! Cannot recommend this place enough to anyone and everyone with a car.”

I've been using them three years since my initial visit of having them put it in a second engine for me in my 2010 CRV that I ordered from the Midwest to be delivered after the pandemic.
