“I love this gym so much! This is the first gym I’ve ever attended consistently, because the staff is so welcoming and professional; the facility is clean; the machines are in excellent condition; and it’s rarely crowded, so you’re able to work out in peace. As a woman, I’ve never felt uncomfortable working out here either, as the other patrons are respectful, without fail.
While it’s a bit pricey, I think you get what you pay for. I love that it’s a female-owned gym, and Sue is awesome. The general manager Lucas is helpful and hard-working. Sheena offers the most thorough and comprehensive small group training classes, and modifies exercises for any injuries/ limitations. Jilda offers large group classes that are super fun, creative, and a great full-body workout. Personal training with Nik and Sean has taught me so much about proper form and how to build an efficient workout plan. I’ve also enjoyed small group training with Patty and Pilates with Maura.
If you’re new to the gym scene, I would HIGHLY recommend starting at Anytime. It’s a great way to acclimate to regular exercise in a nonjudgmental space, as there’s a wide variety of fitness levels there, and an amazing staff willing to teach you whatever you need to know. If you join and go consistently, I promise you won’t regret it! Because I look forward to going there so much, I’m currently in the best shape of my life!”

“Since moving to South Jersey from New York in 2020 I had been looking for a gym that not only pushed me and challenged me the way I needed to be challenged but also fostered an inclusive environment where empowerment was at the forefront of what they do. Burn Boot Camp in Hainesport has given me that and more. This is a magical place where moms like me who are trying to bounce back are given the support and space needed to pour into themselves. I cannot recommend this place enough. This entire team ROCKS!”

“My daughter has been attending classes twice a week for about 2 months now. She is a very quiet and shy young girl. Since starting here, I can already see her confidence starting to shine through! I’m so excited to see what the future holds since she’s seeing such improvements in such a short time. All the instructors are fantastic and so patient with the littles ! Love Love Love everything about medford martial arts !”

The owners, Duke and Melonie strive to create a personable and stimulating learning environment. Duke and Melonie continue to provide the tools and offer diverse programs for me to achieve the level of fitness i want”
“Amazing classes, clean gym, and the best instructors. As someone who was a beginner at a gym and no idea what I was doing, I was hesitant but so happy I found VICIOUS as it has changed my life!!!”
“This place is so much fun. We had my sons 10th Birthday party here and all the kids had a blast. The team who ran the party were very nice. Thank you for a great party!”

“Ha, I remember going here as a kid 75-81, when they would have professional wrestling events (WWE style), back then it was called the Sports Arena, I remember watching them put the ring together one time, I couldn't believe how big the springs under the mat were, they were huge!!”

“Medford Fitness had me from hello! I literally walked into the main office and was immediately greeted with a big smile. I came to find out that big smile was the GM Jennifer! The old saying first impressions last forever was loud and clear for me. I knew immediately that I was comfortable at Medford Fitness. As I toured the facility I passed four people walking through the facility, and I was greeted with a smile Ms hello. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. I felt like there was everything you need at a gym to become the person you want to be. I’m looking forward to being there more! Kudos to the owner and staff at Medford Fitness for doing a tremendous job!”

“This gym is wonderful. it’s convenient if you live in the medford/mount laurel area. Best part is that it’s 24/7. It’s a comfortable place to lift and get some “me” time. The prices are reasonable as well”

“I haven't been to PF in about 10 years,
You definitely do not feel judged at this location and Nemaya at the front desk has always been super friendly and welcoming on my way in and out.
The gym is clean and you don't have to worry about not enough machines.”

“All in all this is a wonderful gym. Plenty of machines, weights, etc. it is a commute for me, but I know I will always get a good workout in. The staff are kind and helpful too.If I had anything negative to say it would be about the lack of cleanliness and that it isn’t a 24 hour gym for the price of membership.”
“There are so many excellent aspects of the experience. The community reassures the healthy habits you’re making time for in getting there. In terms of their CrossFit style MIT program, it gets right to it, keeps it as simple as possible, and involves comprehensive routines that reinforce core and joint strengths. This seems to set the tone across all areas of the grunt-free, high-focus gym. My husband has relied on the location for a number of years, and I’m glad to have jumped in. Schedules can get hectic, and having several options at either end of the day can be a big difference in making it happen. The invigoration of challenging workouts rubs off on outside fitness plans, too. I’ve aggravated a couple joints over years, and strengthening with MIT improves upon engaging cycling or running more fully.”
