“It was serendipitous that I met up with these guys! I was pulling out of a gas station and they were letting me into traffic but then kept pointing at my tire. My left rear tire was almost flat and I was about to go onto the highway. What a lifesaver! If they hadn’t directed me to their tire business, I would’ve been stranded on the highway now. “Exceptional! Swapped in a aftermarket heat exchanger on my car over the weekend and was worried I didn’t bleed/purge the coolant system fully. Most places were closed on Sunday and the ones that were open had no idea what I was even talking about. Called up this place and had Chris help me and talk me thru the system, hooked up the ECU diagnostic tool and explained all my numbers and temps and assured me everything was running as should and that there was no air in my system. He got me in short notice and got the car in as soon as I pulled up. I will definitely be back and was one of the better experiences I’ve had going to a shop. Most nowadays have no clue what’s going on and I usually avoid them and do the work myself. I felt like I was in good hands here which doesn’t happen often. 5 stars!”
“Excellent service from Goodyear and their team-especially Bob and Elijah! We were traveling from Virginia on vacation when our car started to shake. They diagnosed the problem at 3 on a Saturday and finished by 5 to get us on our way. “After Meineke in Lumberton completely dropped the ball on my husband's compressor repair. We picked it up from there and after a quick search this location came up. It was around 4:15 pm. Not only did the friendly staff person tell my husband to bring it in, they got the job done before closing. We're forever grateful for the amazing service. My husband works in a warehouse, so in this hot weather, his only reprieve is at lunch in his vehicle. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You'll be getting both our vehicles for service from now on.”
