“I called the store at 9pm, and asked for a specific item, the person that answered the phone picked the item up amd scanned it to give me a price. Once I arrived very close to store closing they recognized my voice, led me to the item and items related to the occasion (Birthday balloons etc) they were very helpful, store was neat and organized and well stocked.I was shocked at just how many items they sell.My new go-to store.”

“I love this Dollar General and all the helpful workers at this particular location. Today, I was looking for another solar butterfly for my garden, and there were no more to be found. The kind cashier phoned another Dollar General to see if they had any in stock for me. I am always just taken aback how everyone who works here goes out of their way for the customers. This Dollar General has also seen a face lift in the past year. Aisles are more organized and the quality/variety of housewares has really improved. I'm a regular here and highly recommend this store to anyone who is in the Newton area.”

“A smaller Dollar Tree, it is a little bit limited. It is hit-or-miss. Clean and organized usually. Seems to run on very limited staff. Long lines on weekends. Best to go during week days. Never helpful, so go with eyes open to find what you need.”

“When did the Dollar General turn into a Walgreens. They literally have everything except for pharmacy. There’s food Christmas decorations and supplies house supplies personal care items. Feels like you can get everything here. I just stopped in to get a Tupperware for some Christmas cookies. It’s a snow day so I think they only had one person working which was fine because it wasn’t busy here. So I was attentive too quickly.”

“Visited this store for the first time last week. Impressed with how spacious, clean, neat and well stocked it was. Great selection of stuff for kids, art/craft supplies and workout accessories (especially if you're into yoga). What really sealed the experience for me was the woman assisting at the registers. (ALL self checkout!!) She was so friendly and kind. I didn't need any help but I could see her putting someone who perhaps isn't tech savvy at ease. Wish I had gotten her name because she deserves recognition.”

“I stopped by this store to see if they sold clear/transparent 9 oz plastic cups. They didn't have anymore in stock but I did find holiday tins. I bought 8 for $1.25 each plus tax. They were so cute. They also have many Christmas decorations and party supplies. Get them before they run out.”
