“There was a dent on my 2020 Lexus LX 570 caused by an unidentified driver in a parking lot. After shopping around for a couple of days for a body shop to do the repairs, I went to DND Auto Body which is near where I live. Other auto body shops had quoted me outrageous prices, so I had decided not to repair it. When I entered the reception area of DND Auto Body, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and I also noticed how clean the facility was. In no time, she called Mateo to inspect the car and give me an estimate for the repair of the dent. Mateo was very courteous and professional. Much to my dismay, Mateo gave me an estimate which was 25% of what two other body shops had quoted me. Without hesitation, I authorized the work. Mateo told me it was going to take about 2 days to complete. A day later, I dropped the car off to Mateo. He even gave me a ride home. The work was completed the following day. The bumper looks meticulous and the paint is the exact match. Mateo, thank you very much for your unquestionably superlative skill and knowledge. If I ever need a body work, this is the auto body shop I will go to. Mateo has earned my trust and I will spread the good word around. The work came out PHENOMENAL. My paint is perfect. I can’t even tell there was a huge fender bender. All my panels were put back properly and my goodness the detail they gave was great. They even cleaned my engine bay. I would definitely bring my car back here. They worked my insurance no problem the whole process was smooth. I highly recommend this body shop.”

“We had an urgent issue that required use of our car when an issue with the driver’s seat door latch that popped up seemingly out of nowhere—terrible timing! We explained the situation to City Auto Body, and they came to the rescue! They made the repair while we waited, and for free as a gesture of “good luck!” It was so kind of them! The door issue is totally fixed, and it only took them about a half an hour!”
“Ultimate Collision is ULTIMATELY the best choice when it comes to collision restoration. I've had work done at Ultimate Collision on a few different cars (including sports cars), over the past several years, and I have always had a positive experience, as well as suburb outcomes. Jerry, the owner, is very professional, personable, and patient. He never rushes me when initially assessing the damage to my car, and he takes the time to explain the details of the process in a way I can understand.
His staff members, especially Bridget and Orville, provided excellent customer service. They provided me with a lot of assistance with the insurance process, and they kept me updated the whole time, which really put my mind at ease. Bridget is so friendly and respectful, and Orville took the time to provide extremely helpful advice about the options that were available to me.
As far as the outcome, my car looked incredible and beautiful, looking a LOT hotter than it has ever looked over the past several years...including the interior!
I'm not exaggerating when I say a few people asked if it was a new car (it's a 2015)! People who I didn't even know made positive comments about how amazing my car looked.

After a recent accident left my front bumper significantly damaged, my insurance company referred me to Acme Auto Body Shop. I had never heard of them before, but I can honestly say the experience felt like a blessing from God.
From the moment I dropped off my car with Ethan, everything—from paperwork to arranging a rental—was handled quickly and efficiently. In a time when customer service often feels cold and impersonal, the team at Acme truly stands out. They treated me with genuine courtesy and care, which made an otherwise stressful situation much easier.
I dropped my car off on Monday and had it back by Friday—fully repaired and looking beyond my expectations. The quality of the work was simply excellent. On top of that, I mentioned an unrelated issue with my interior dashboard, and they fixed it beautifully, making it look brand new—and refused to charge me for it. I was honestly amazed.
