She knows the place and the people she works with, her recommendations were key to making this gathering top notch. At the time of event the staff introduced themselves and checked in throughout to make sure our vision was what they delivered! I was very impressed with the coordination and attentiveness. They put up Christmas trees for us and moved things around seamlessly. Their response time was minutes! The prices were very affordable, family members are considering future events here too.
I understand they are under new ownership, the vibe is positive and promising. Home of the new OLEA restaurant. I wish them all success.”

“As a wedding videographer who frequents many different venues across New Jersey (Paige Wright Media) I have to say that Eagle Oaks is one of the absolute best! There are so many beautiful outdoor settings to take photos and videos, the getting ready spaces indoors are unique, spacious, and very comfortable even for large wedding parties. The outdoor ceremony space, the stunning atrium, and the ballroom are provide different looks and are very grand and beautiful. The food is truly top notch, the facility is very well staffed and clean, and even on the hottest summer day the AC worked perfectly all day so everyone was comfortable. “I have been coming here since my husband and I discovered this gem of a place last fall. Such a welcoming market with smiling staff and adorable animals. I come here at least three times a week and always leave smiling. I get to interact and feed beautiful new animals like the two (Valais Blacknose rams/ sheep, alpacas, lambs, goats, pigs, donkeys, cows, emus, peacocks, (the most beautiful black swans) and many duck species. These beautiful animals are so friendly with unique, with the most endearing personalities. The property is so clean and maintained. (Thank you Dessa, Rob, Hunter, Wayne, Jeff, Dean, Kenzy, Kim, wow all staff . Bring your significant other, friends, children, grandchildren, and camera because this is an experience that is always enjoyable. Most recently, we purchased the most beautiful Christmas tree. Our tree did not need any trimming, it is perfect.”

“My now-husband and I, and our families, stayed at The James Bradley Hotel for our wedding weekend. I can't say enough positive things about how GORGEOUS and well-manicured the property is. We rented out the bungalow at the back of the property and took our family and first look photos in the back courtyard (my photographer was VERY happy :) ). The bungalow itself was very spacious and our hair /makeup artists were amazed at how much natural light there was inside! The beds were also very comfortable to sleep in, and the air conditioning was FANTASTIC (I like it cold?❄️). The breakfast included was clearly made with care and so fresh- I had one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had here! Our guests stated that the rooms in the main hotel were very comfortable and cozy.
Now, I want to write a review specifically for Emily, the General Manager. She is a true professional- from day 1, she was warm and an absolute delight to work with. She answered all of my millions of questions throughout the planning process and just made me feel at ease. Emily was by far the easiest of our vendors to work with. Everything was perfect and she got every small detail right. Our guests who stayed at the hotel had nothing but amazing things to say about her and the hotel itself. THANK YOU and we will absolutely be back for our anniversary:)”

And it poured rain all day long and it still was the perfect day. Diamond and Lady were absolutely perfect. Our drinks were never empty whatever we needed they took care of. Everything was on time and on schedule. I would have my reception there over and over again. We got so many compliments on the food and cocktail hour. It was all flawless! “We had our wedding at The Sterling Ballroom at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Tinton Falls, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, planning was made incredibly easy thanks to Allison. Her communication was seamless - she was always quick to respond, answered every question thoroughly, and made the entire process feel stress-free and well organized.
On the day of our wedding, Nemo and his team were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that every detail was exactly how we envisioned it. Knowing we were in such capable hands allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our day.
The food was truly top-notch. Guests are still talking about it and jokingly asking for a redo with an extended cocktail hour because there were so many incredible stations and options to try! Our guests definitely enjoyed the open bar and our signature drinks - the bartenders were amazing and kept us well hydrated ?. Our package also included our wedding cake from Palermo’s, and it was absolutely delicious—both beautiful and a huge hit with our guests.
Another major highlight was the accommodations. Our package included multiple rooms, including the beautiful Presidential/Honeymoon Suite for the guys to get ready in and our wedding night, as well as a dedicated Bridal Suite, which was stunning, spacious, and perfect for the morning of the wedding.
We also hosted our rehearsal dinner and post-wedding brunch at the hotel, and having everything in one location was so convenient for both us and our guests. No one had to worry about transportation or missing events, and even though everything took place at the same venue, the food was different for each event and never felt repetitive - every meal was excellent.
Overall, The Sterling Ballroom and the entire team exceeded our expectations in every way. The service, food, coordination, and convenience were perfect. We would absolutely recommend this venue to any couple looking for a seamless, memorable, budget-friendly and truly special wedding experience!”

“Decent hotel that feels clean and comfortable, even if it is not as updated as some other Residence Inn locations. The room had a nice layout with a fireplace and plenty of space to relax. The breakfast area was large and well stocked in the morning.
The only downside was the front desk service. The employee working last night was friendly but very slow, which made check in take longer than it should have. Overall, still a pleasant stay and a solid choice for the area.”
“After a 17-hour trip in the car with two teenagers, we needed some respite. Desperately making several unsuccessful calls to find lodging, Jim answered the call at Sonesta (Eatontown/Tinton Falls). He couldn’t have been more friendly at nearly midnight and found us a room! He was professional, courteous and genuinely caring while I vented my frustration regarding our situation. Based on the customer service, I would choose this hotel over the others in the area, but the rooms and beds were exactly what we needed! Again, I would thank Jim and recommend to clone him as an example for other customer service representatives. A++!”
