“Dobbs is a very honest shop. I brought my Highlander to the place for a small fix and one of the guys told me it would cost a high price at their place than somewhere else though it should be a quick fix. He then recommended me to go to another place nearby. I appreciate their honesty and friendliness, and definitely will refer my friends to here.”
“I purchased my first car here and they made it easy to understand! I want to express my gratitude for Shane, who made the process of buying the car (and getting a good deal), very easy to understand and was very helpful, and for Deja, who helped me understand all the features of my car! They both gave great service and made the process very easy for me.
Otherwise, some of the staff were very pushy and unprofessional when the deal was not going their way. They were money driven, were not helpful in explaining documents that I was signing, and not super helpful in explaining the deal and process. I was glad to get my deal done but did not appreciate the customer service in some aspects of getting things done.
Overall, I had a good experience and really want to thank Shane and Deja for great customer service.”

“What a great team at BMW of Springfield Collision Center. After my accident I contacted them, letting them know my car was on the way in a tow truck. Marco took care of everything from my insurance claim to coordinating the rental car. My car was fixed in the time frame they promised and looks like it was new again (pin stripes and all). They made a situation that could've been frustrating and inconvenienced to being easy and pleasant.”
“Jim from the Autoland Toyota parts department has always been helpful. I couldn't find what I needed on my own online, so I stopped by his desk and he straighted me out on several occasions. I snapped a throttle body bolt during some routine maintenance, and he had the parts to me in a few days.I won't buy oem parts from anywhere else at this point, every business needs a Jim in their corner.”
