“I would definitely recommend Franks’s and will continue to bring my cars. Tom and team are very knowledgeable, honest, friendly and communicate clearly. They helped source a part that isn’t readily available and they were very open to work on a 30 year old classic vehicle. It’s hard to find places that offer this level of service these days and Frank’s delivers!
Update Oct 1st:
I recently had to get an oil change and had a check engine light. The team at Frank’s was very responsive and able to schedule my car for a same week visit. They were very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and helped fix the issues quickly. They communicated wonderfully throughout the entire process from scheduling, providing estimates, and resolution. The car now runs smooth and great. I would recommend Frank’s for any vehicle servicing.
Update Dec 4th:
The team was able to fit my car into the schedule last minute before the holidays in order to prepare for a long drive. I’m grateful for the shop’s customer support and flexibility while fixing diagnosing and fixing the car’s O2 sensor so quickly. I’ll continue to take my car here as my car has never run so good as it has now since I started going to Frank’s. Thank you so much.”

When I first called to inquire about the repair, Alda was extremely nice, patient, and professional. She took her time answering 1000 questions from me and never once made me feel rushed lol. That really stood out, especially compared with some other body shops I called where I felt like they were rushing to get me off the phone.
When I went to this shop Alda, and Vinny were both very friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire process.
Another big plus is that they are a GEICO certified repair facility. I didn’t have to deal with any headaches going back and forth with the insurance company. They handled the insurance side directly, which made the entire process much easier and less stressful.
Overall, I was satisfied beyond my expectations with both the customer service and the repair experience. I would definitely recommend Benner’s Auto Body to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and trustworthy body shop. They kept telling me, “If you experience any issues related to the repair, just come back But after the experience I had with them, I feel like I might stop by to just to say hello whenever I’m in the area. “2nd job that Mr. Flow did on my 2008 Nissan Altima, the first being the replacement of trim on my car. I had to acknowledge the excellent work they did repairing both the upper and lower after market grills on my car. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and my car was returned looking better than when I brought it in. I have already informed them of my intrest in having another job done to my car in the very near future. The service was excellent from top to bottom. Updating this original post. I have returned twice, including this post. The first time was a paint job of my calipers and brake drums. This last time was to replace damaged tail lights. The work was done on both jobs in a timely manner and most importantly professionalism in workmanship. “If you are looking for a person who cares for your car with kindness and a fair price, this place is for you. Roman is your guy. I wish I had known about his shop sooner. I have been going to AAA, thinking they would help me; instead, two years later, my issues were still there, and they kept the car every time.
