“Hi I just wanted to take a second and say that you guys are sitting on an amazing employee. I didn’t catch their name but I heard a worker say it was rara ? Amazing customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would. I was on a mission to get forky for my sons birthday and this associate helped me check the entire store every aisle . Up and down. At some point we lost each other but when they found forky they found me and brought him to me and showed me where they were for future reference. Thank you for helping my sons birthday magical.”
“Great experience, very kind and helpful staff that seem happy and get along well with each other and costumers alike. I will say with Five Below as a whole it’s so frustrating that they changed their whole setup to be self checkout style, but now require a staff member to scan all your items. This is fine (especially for loss prevention) but the checkout should be rearranged back to a queue style. It’s kind of uncomfortable for the cashier to be looking over my shoulder at the pin pad while I put in my pin (by no fault of their own). Policy and setup should reflect the checkout style from corporate down”

“I went to get a storage box, but there was a lot of really nice things for the house at good prices. I did pick up three items that were bathroom accessories that didn’t have prices on them… the team there however, was very very sweet and very patient. They tried their hardest to look up all of the SKUs so that I would be able to purchase the items I was there for longer than expected but honestly, they did their best and were so nice. I didn’t catch the name of the woman in the front that was ringing me out, but she was very nice to everyone that she was ringing up and it was a pleasant experience overall. As a retail district manager, I really appreciate great service and I didn’t have the highest expectations going in, but I definitely appreciated all of the employees that were there.”

“It’s a great store to pick up little odds and ends. The candy selection is nice. The only down side is there are always pallets of stock to put out blocking areas. Which I guess is a good thing too since it means they are always replenishing and adding new products. I like to get some summer essentials like sunscreen and pool toys for the kids.”

“I’ve been coming here for years with my family like many other reviewers have stated this place is very VERY crowded. They have an OK selection of product though it’s a bit more expensive compared to other stores. We usually just come here to buy kitchen and bathroom curtains. The place looks run down. Customer service is okay, I have nothing negative to say really. The clothes for men usually go up 2XL max.”
“I have to honestly say that when visiting the Dollar Tree in Roselle, I saw something amazing. A customer asked my mom, who works at the Dollar Tree, to help her pick up some decorations for her apt., which was small and her $$ was low. My mom suggested a few items and the lady was so happy that she asked my mom for a hug. My mom is 75 yrs old and has to work to be able to pay her bills. She has always been a hard worker and has gone above and beyond to make sure her kids were taken care. I wish I could help her financially but I myself am on a fixed income. With that said, my mom's English is not great (and yes she is a citzen, we are from Puerto Rico) but she loves to help ppl out. I hate that she has to work til late sometimes, as I fear that she may get robbed or hurt. However, it's nice to see when customers appreciate her dedication and love for what she does. Most often, she is having to ask customers not to make a mess after she worked long and hard (with her hands that hurt). Ppl sometimes can be mean and it's times like this that make me think that there are still good ppl in the world. Thank you to the customer who thought enough to make my mother's day a little brighter!!”
